Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability, order size, and the type of product ordered.

Large roll orders, multiple-item orders, or palletised deliveries may require additional preparation time.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

For delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is available and provide a shipping quote.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Where free shipping is offered, this will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Large Roll and Bulk Orders

Some fabric rolls and bulk orders may be shipped using specialist couriers or pallet delivery.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges, or missed pallet deliveries may result in additional courier fees.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the courier has collected the order.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the product
• A description of the issue

This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier or warehouse.
